Mission Statement:

"To enrich and support the lives of women in Amberwood."

Ladies of Amberwood organized as a social/civic association for women who are residents of the Amberwood area. The object of the association is to help women be a source of strength to each other: by taking time out for themselves, network within the community and building friendships no matter how long they have lived in Amberwood.

We invite all residents of Amberwood and guests to come check out our monthly meetings or quarterly meet/greet/eat events(for free).

To become a LOA Member you must be a resident of Amberwood Subdivision,complete a membership form (see below) and pay your dues. If you are a LOA member and would like to bring a guest to one of the meet/greet/eat events, their 1st visit it is FREE.

DUES:

Dues are $20.00 annually effective 2009 membership year. For those interested in attending the meet/greet/eat events only without becoming a member, there will be a $5.00 charge.

Dues cover some of the following:

Hospitality (meals, flowers and cards for Ladies & family members in Amberwood who have fallen ill or in need)
Supplies (stamps, postcards, signs, advertisements, CD's for anniversary, shipment, postage
Events (anniversary, plant sale, meet/greet (catered) and special fund raisers)

The Ladies of Amberwood organization strictly prohibits solicitation by a member without written consent for personal gain. This includes but is not limited to, business cards, direct approach, use or distribution of member directory, e-mail addresses or any viable means without written consent of each member. We expect all members and guests to respect these restrictions.
